 All merchandise sold by V & V Furniture Design is covered under our "14-Day Return & Refund Policy." Certain exceptions apply. Merchandise returned in "like new" condition under the policy guidelines is eligible for a full refund, merchandise exchange or in-store credit at the customer's choosing.

Any order under $5,000 can be returned to us for a full refund. (Including shipping) within 14 days of delivery. (Any order above $5000 will require a 25% restocking fee.)

For all check purchases or cash purchases over $100.00, refunds are made within 14 days of merchandise return by check mailed from the Corporate Office. For all credit/debit card, V & V Furniture Design financing or Third Party financing purchases, credits are issued immediately upon return of the merchandise.

The original receipt is required for all return and refund requests.

Refund Exceptions

Merchandise not in "like new" condition, as well as defaced, abused, neglected or similar mistreatment, may not be accepted for return during the return and refund period. Some conditions that will prevent an item from being returned include, but are not limited to: smoke, pet hair, stains due to food, drink, pets, bodily fluids or any other substance. In other words, the same condition that it was in when you received it.

Returns after Delivery

After delivery, you may:

  1. 1-14 Days from Delivery Date: Return an item for any reason within 14 days of delivery and receive full credit, a refund or exchange. Item(s) must be in "like new" condition.

Free Return Shipping, No Restocking Fee

Upon receiving your V & V Furniture Design, you have 14 days to try it out. If you're unhappy with the purchase, please let us know. If we can’t fix the issue, we'll arrange to have it shipped back to us and once received, we'll refund you in full.


  • A completely custom item, one that isn't one of our standard designs - no returns
  • Orders delivered to a location outside the United States - no returns
  • Clearance or floor model items - no returns
  • C.O.M. (customer's own material) - no returns

Returns on Other Brands

You pay shipping both ways, No Restocking Fee

Please email us at within 14 days if you want to return the item. In all cases, you pay the return shipping costs. If you were charged a shipping amount on the order then you are responsible for that amount (what you were charged). If there was free shipping on the order, the actual cost of the shipping to you (the cost for us to ship it) will be deducted from the refund and we can notify you what that amount was before you decide to return the item.

Canceling an Order

We can only accept cancellations within 48 hours of the order. If an item shipped within that period of the first 48 hours, you will be responsible for paying a the shipping cost to you, and the return shipment fee as well. If an item is out of stock and needs to be made special for the order, the order can't be cancelled after confirmation. Please note the timing to finish the piece is an estimate and is subject to change.

Items That Don't Fit In Your Space

We know that each space is unique, so please confirm sufficient access to your space before ordering any item. We cannot issue a refund for such items since they are built and shipped. So please double check to make sure it will fit, or ask us if you have any questions about how to best figure this out.



Damaged Items

When your furniture arrives you must inspect everything carefully, if cartons are damaged even in the slightest, you must inform us. Please inspect everything thoroughly, if there are any damages to your piece, immediately bring it to the drivers attention Take pictures and send it back or contact us immediately. Do not sign anything from the driver until you have inspected the merchandise thoroughly. We will not be able to process a claim without a photograph. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item.
